Ootown and Ootown.co.uk are trading names for the UK registered company Walk the Web Limited. Where the term “we” is used on this site it refers to Walk the Web Limited.
Ootown’s role is to put you in touch with shops from which you can buy products or services which we hope (but cannot and do not in any way warrant or represent) that you will find of value to you. Ootown does not itself enter into any contract with you to provide you with any products or services. Ootown does not act as agent for any of the shops on the site.
We try to ensure that the information appearing on this site is accurate and up-to-date and that the shops which can be reached through Ootown are reputable and helpful. However, we cannot and do not accept legal liability for any errors or omissions we may make. Any comments we make about shops, services or products are intended to help you find things of interest to you, but before you buy any product or service you should read what the shop itself says about such product or service, and what the shop itself indicates is the correct and up to date price of the product or service, and if you are dissatisfied you should contact the shop directly.
Ootown does not accept any liability for any loss of profits or contracts or any direct, indirect or consequential loss, business interruption or loss of data or programs arising out of or in connection with the use of the information either contained within this site or from any of its Hyper link connections, other than death or personal injury to the extent that this is caused by the negligence of Ootown.

Links and frames
Ootown welcomes any other site to provide a text link to it provided (a) that no such link is made from any page or site which contains any content which is unlawful, pornographic or might otherwise harm the brand or offend the customers of Ootown or of the shops featured in Ootown, (b) that immediately the link is established an email is sent by the site operator to theteam@ootown.co.uk stating that such link has been created, and providing the URL of the page containing the link and a return email address, and (c) that the link is removed promptly upon request made by email to the return email address. Ootown does not give permission for this site or any part of it to be framed within any other website.
The Ootown logo should not be used in any way without our prior consent in writing.
Governing Law
Any dispute or claim concerning or arising from this web site shall be determined in accordance with the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in determining such disputes or claims.
